1) How do I pre-register?

To pre-register, access https://aegea.com.br/fornecedores/faca-o-seu-pre-cadastro/

2) Do I need to pre-register all branches or only the corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ) of the head office?

No. At this moment, you only have to pre-register the main CNPJ.

3) Can I add more than one email during pre-registration?

Yes. You can inform more than one email during pre-registration. The invitation to proceed with integrity certification (DDI – Integrity Due Diligence) will be sent to the email(s) informed. Therefore, fill out the necessary information carefully.

4) I have not received any email confirming my pre-registration.

If you have not received the confirmation email, access the pre-registration portal with your login and password and make sure you entered the email correctly.

5) I am having issues with my login and password to access the pre-registration link. How can I redefine them?

The password and login can be changed in the pre-registration link, in the home page.

6) Can I select more than one service region while pre-registering?

Yes. You can express your interest in providing services or supplying products to other units or regions where Aegea operates, provided your company is duly qualified to provide services in other locations.

7) Should I fill out all the fields in the pre-registration form?

Some fields are mandatory, others are not. However, it is important that your pre-registration is as complete as possible. It will enable us to easily identify your company as a potential supplier to be invited to participate in bidding processes.

8) After I pre-register, will I become a supplier of Aegea?

No. If your company is selected for inclusion in Aegea’s supplier database, you must provide additional information for an Integrity Assessment to be conducted. In that case, you will receive an email with an access link and all the necessary instructions.

9) I finished pre-registration, but I did not receive the invitation to participate in a bidding process.

Once you finish pre-registration, your company’s information will be available in a secure database for the contracting areas. If your company is identified as a potential supplier to be invited to participate in a bidding process, you must provide additional registration information for an Integrity Assessment to be conducted. In that case, you will receive an email with an access link and all the necessary instructions. Stay tuned and always check your Spam folder, as your email service provider may consider the email with access link and instructions as Spam.

1) What is the Ariba portal?

It is the platform used by Aegea to announce its bidding processes for the supply of materials and services. It is in Ariba that registered suppliers who are accustomed to our bidding processes can submit their proposals.

2) How do I submit my proposal through the Ariba portal?

If your company is registered with Aegea and is selected by the contracting area to participate in a bidding process, you will receive an email about the sourcing process. Access the link in the email and log on to the Ariba platform to submit your proposal. The process is dynamic, intuitive and practical.

2) What types of payments can I check on the Aegea supplier portal?

In the Aegea supplier portal, you can check the status of electronic payments for all the invoices issued and registered.

You will receive an email from Ariba about the sourcing process in question and asking you to review the proposal. 

3) If I have any questions about pending payments, whom should I contact?

You can check your invoices on our supplier portal, which has various intuitive functions to enable you to check your Accounts Payable balance and make other queries all by yourself. If you still have doubts, you directly contact the Buyer specified in your purchase order.   

3) What are technical capacity certificates?

These certificates prove the technical capacity of a company to execute a service or supply a product. These must be issued by one of your clients and must contain information of the contracting parties, the scope of supply of material/service and the signature of the company’s representative issuing the document, on the company letterhead or must contain a stamp of the person signing the certificate.

4) How can I access the Ethics Channel Policy?

4) How do I know if my proposal was the winner in the bidding process?

As soon as the process is fully approved by Aegea’s managers, you will receive the purchase order by email.
