We select and contract with business partners based on our demands and needs, following the guidelines of our Codes of Ethics and Conduct for Suppliers. Criteria of quality, prices and deadlines also apply.

CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING A SUPPLIER

Our Procurement team and specialized professionals of our units select suppliers according to the Company’s needs. To walk with us, your company must be approved. If you want to be part of our strategic business portfolio, see below some important information:

PRE-REGISTRATION: YOUR FIRST STEP

Pre-registration is the moment we initially learn about your company, its field of activity and main products or services provided. Thus, we can invite you to participate in a bidding process, according to our demands. In addition, after pre-registering, you can also submit your proposal for the opportunities available.

PRE-REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

– Register only one corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ), which must be that of the parent company;
– Choose the four main categories in which your company operates;
– Read Aegea’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers carefully;
– If you agree with the terms, accept the conditions and complete the pre-registration.

NEXT STEPS

– After filling out and saving the pre-registration form, you must be sure that you have seen the message “concluded successfully.” This will ensure that your company is registered in our database;
– Once your company is in our database, you may be contacted by Aegea for possible demands that fit your company’s profile.
– Lastly, we will contact you when we need any product/service that fits your company’s field of activity. We also suggest that you access our portal periodically to check our procurement needs. If interested, you can submit your proposal for the supply of materials, products and services.

– After pre-registering, if our team identifies an opportunity for our partnership, you will receive an email to complete the registration process. Check your inbox frequently and your Spam folder periodically.

– Note: The processes of contracting and approving suppliers are conducted in accordance with the principles of Conduct for Third Parties, also called the Code of Ethics for Suppliers, as well as the Anticorruption Guide for Suppliers and Third Parties.
